Construction Commission seriously opposes the construction of micro-apartments/recommendation to the Minister of Roads to prevent the construction of 25-meter houses
Mohammad Reza Rezaei Kouchi , Chairman of the Parliament's Construction Commission, in an interview with Khane Mellat news agency, said regarding the construction of small-sized houses in the country: We cannot use these types of buildings as houses because families do not form in these houses.
Emphasizing that the small houses are the size of a suite for one person and not for an Iranian family, he emphasized: Mikor Apartment is in conflict with Iranian and Islamic standards and the construction of these houses is not acceptable in any way, therefore to the Minister of Roads and We also recommended the city planning to prevent the construction of such houses.
The Chairman of the Parliament's Construction Commission emphasized: We are against the construction of houses with a size of 25 and small, and basically these units are not houses. We also announced this issue to the relevant officials in the Ministry of Roads and municipalities.
