He continued: "The Ministry of Economy has an important role to implement the law of jump in housing production. They should fulfill their duties and banks should pay housing facilities." Unfortunately, the banks did not fulfill their obligations in this direction. According to the law, the tax affairs organization is obliged to collect tax fines from the delinquent banks, which unfortunately has not been implemented, and the Ministry of Economy has not fulfilled its duties despite the introduction of the banks by the Ministry of Roads.
